Shipping Policy
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order has been processed.
Shipping Rates
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within Canada and the United States. Orders under $50 are charged a flat rate of $6.99.
Delivery Times
Standard shipping typically arrives within 3–7 business days within Canada, and 5–10 business days to the United States. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
International Shipping
Currently, we ship within Canada and the United States only. We are working to expand our shipping capabilities to serve customers worldwide.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order status on our Track Order page at any time.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@ascend.com and we will investigate with the carrier immediately.
